About JP Industrieanlagen
JP Industrieanlagen GmbH, based in Straubing in Lower Bavaria, is a company specialised in plant engineering, special machinery and fixture construction. Since its founding in 1999, the company has developed and manufactured custom production and assembly systems, measuring and testing equipment including control and visualisation, as well as robotics solutions in a system integrator partnership with NEURA Robotics. In contract manufacturing, JP Industrieanlagen machines cast iron, steel, stainless steel and aluminium on a modern machine fleet with 5-axis milling machines and turn-mill centres; large parts are machined from a quantity of one with lengths up to 6 m and weights up to 20 t. In addition, the company offers welded constructions in accordance with DIN EN 1090 EXC 1–2 and ISO 3834-3, residual stress reduction by vibration, clamping products made of dense special cast iron, mobile 3D metrology with FARO Laser Tracker and Zeiss Accura, as well as additive manufacturing in metal and plastic through its subsidiary JP 3D-TecVision. Customers come from the automotive, aerospace, electrical, glass-ceramics-plastics, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as e-mobility.
