About JR Industries
JR Industries GmbH manufactures custom roller and sectional doors for vehicle bodies, distribution vehicles and trailers, as well as bulkheads for refrigerated vehicles, insulated roller doors and double-deck systems (Flexifloor). The British parent company can look back on more than 40 years of experience in roller door manufacturing. JR Industries GmbH was formed in 2010 from the merger of RSD Komponenten GmbH in Bielefeld and JR Industries Ltd in South Wales, with its headquarters in Bielefeld; it is complemented by the French subsidiary J R Industrie SARL. In addition to the assembly of doors delivered as kits, the service portfolio includes powder coating in RAL colours and electric drives for roller doors. Materials are aluminium extruded profiles, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel as well as nylon and EPDM components. Sales and service for the German market are handled through the Halle (Westf.) location.

Hot-dip galvanized steel

Stainless steel
Tension cables 7x7 (1570 N/mm²) and precision ball-bearing rollers.
Nylon
2" rollers with galvanized shafts.
EPDM
Bottom top seal and sealing profiles between the panels.
Powder coating
Coating of the doors in all common RAL colours with a gloss level of approx. 80%.
