About us

jr-medizintechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company founded in 1995 and based in Kreenheinstetten-Leibertingen, about 25 kilometres from Tuttlingen. Around 30 employees manufacture surgical instruments as well as turned and milled parts of every kind, from ready-to-install individual components to completely assembled instruments, on a production area of 2200 square metres. The manufacturing range includes fully automatic CNC turning with B and Y axes, 5-axis milling, high-power laser welding, grinding, polishing, brushing, blasting, vibratory finishing, heat treatment and laser marking. Steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, plastics, titanium and customer-specific special materials are processed. The focus is on minimally invasive and ENT surgery; typical products are suction and irrigation tubes, needles, cannulas, adapters, trocars and handles. The company primarily acts as a contract manufacturer and supplier and produces entirely at its site in Germany.
