About JSmechanics
JSmechanics is a sole proprietorship located in Hage (Ostfriesland) that manufactures precise components and assemblies according to individual customer wishes and technical specifications. The range of services includes turning, milling, wire EDM, flat and cylindrical grinding, laser marking, 3D printing, welding, hardening, glass bead blasting, and cold bluing – all process steps are performed under one roof. Processed materials include steels S355, 42CrMo4, and 16MnCr5, as well as various aluminum alloys. Production ranges from single parts to prototypes and small series, including the manufacturing of complete assemblies and marking via laser marking. The company serves customers from the mechanical engineering industry. The foundation is training as a machining mechanic for turning and milling technology, supplemented by advanced training as a state-certified mechanical engineer and technical business administrator; a modern production hall was erected at the current site in 2017.
