Jürgen Bode GmbH is a contract manufacturer based in Herford, specializing in surface finishing. History
- 1984
Founded as a sole proprietorship by Jürgen Bode in a rented workshop space of 50 m²; operations began with hot stamping and mirror welding.
- 1989
Purchase of the building at Grüne Str. 146 with 2500 m² of production space and 1000 m² of warehouse; screen and pad printing, hot stamping, assembly in the lighting sector and busbar product line.
- 1991
Establishment of Jürgen Bode GmbH with Jürgen Bode as sole shareholder/managing director.
- 1994
Production area 1000 m² with approximately 28–35 employees; addition of laser marking.
- 1997
Acquisition of an additional 4000 m² of production space, of which approximately 1000 m² is a painting area.
- 2000
Acquisition of a further site of 10,000 m² with approximately 1000 m² warehouse; total of 5500 m² of production area.
