Temperature control technology from a single source
JULABO GmbH, based in Seelbach in the Black Forest, is a manufacturer of temperature control units for research, industry and science. Founded in 1967 by Gerhard Juchheim, the owner-managed family business develops and manufactures refrigerated circulators (-90 to +200 °C), heating circulators (+20 to +300 °C), high-dynamic temperature control systems (-93 to +400 °C), recirculating coolers, water baths, shaking water baths, as well as products for special applications such as calibration baths and stress test thermostats. At its headquarters in Seelbach, all services are provided from a single source: from the initial idea through electronics development and design to the finished unit – as a custom solution or a series product. Since 2025, series production of smaller temperature control units, including a logistics center, has taken place at the Lahr site. The subsidiary GAF in Brand-Erbisdorf adds expertise in electrical measurement and control technology as well as automation. Customers include the automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and aerospace industries, as well as research institutions.
