About Jung Process Systems
Jung Process Systems GmbH, based in Kummerfeld, around 25 km northwest of Hamburg, is a family-owned manufacturer of contact-free screw spindle pumps of the HYGHSPIN and CHEMSPIN series. The company develops and manufactures pumps for hygienic applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as well as for industrial uses in chemicals, paints and coatings, adhesives and tank farms. All components are machined from solid stock – predominantly austenitic stainless steels such as 1.4404, duplex 1.4462 and super austenitic 1.4539 – on CNC machining centers in the company's own production, without castings. Final assembly and final inspection take place at the Kummerfeld site; every pump undergoes an extensive test run program on several test benches. With more than 800 pumps per year, the company supplies customers worldwide. Through the HYGHSPIN Engineered variants, custom solutions with special materials, heated connections, steam barriers or mobile units are realized. The company has been part of the Jung corporate group since 1972 via the cooperation partner Jung & Co., which handles stainless steel machining.

Quality
All pumps are continuously inspected along the value chain: after each machining step, a quality inspection is carried out using modern metrology, and every pump undergoes an extensive test run program on several in-house test benches after final assembly. Manufacturing at Jung & Co. has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1996.
