JUST is a Swiss manufacturer of cosmetic and natural cosmetic products headquartered in Walzenhausen in the canton of Appenzell. The company was founded in 1930 by Ulrich Jüstrich as a brush manufacturer and produced its first cosmetic products from natural raw materials starting in 1941. The product range includes essential oils, dermoactive herbal care, bath additives and essences, facial and body care, sun protection, hair care, oral hygiene, intimate care, products for Baby & Kids, pet care and household cleaners. The formulations are based on plant extracts, essential oils, minerals and marine ingredients; plant raw materials are processed by steam distillation, pressing, maceration and infusion, among other methods. Production takes place in Walzenhausen (Switzerland) and at the company's own production facility in Argentina; the products are distributed via a direct sales system with sales consultants, in Austria since 1984 through JUST Österreich GmbH.
