About JV Rebo – German Engineer
German Engineer (JV Rebo) is the single-person engineering practice of a German automotive engineer and PMP-certified Lean Project Manager with 24 years of experience delivering manufacturing projects of up to 150 million US dollars for premium brands such as Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Volkswagen and Volvo, as well as their equipment suppliers. The core offering covers lean management of current and emerging electric vehicle assembly line technologies: design, installation and commissioning of drive unit, battery, body-in-white, final assembly and end-of-line equipment. Existing lines are upgraded so that new EV models and components can run on the current shop floor. The service is scaled with German Engineer, an AI product that supports project teams in procuring, installing and commissioning equipment and in allocating materials and personnel. JV Rebo is currently available for remote or Europe-based contract work and from November 2026 for on-site roles in the United States (EB-2 National Interest Waiver approved, no employer sponsorship required). Working languages are German and English.
