JWS Zerspanungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1973 under the name Jesinghaus Werkzeugservice GmbH in the heart of the Baden Odenwald. The company manufactures a wide variety of components on 1,800 m² of production space for general mechanical engineering, plant engineering, conveying and drive technology, measurement and control technology, the construction industry and the leisure sector. The range of services includes turning and milling from a variety of raw blank shapes, the turning of large components with a large-diameter turning machine equipped with a faceplate for special geometries and a tool turret, as well as robot-assisted automation in turning. The machining services are complemented by surface treatment and material processing, laser marking, broaching and slotting, as well as the production of complete assemblies from in-house manufactured and purchased components. More than 30 employees manufacture drawn parts based on online enquiries, for which a quotation is prepared within 3–5 working days. According to the company's own environmental guidelines, environmental and resource protection are fixed criteria for new processes and investments.
