K+C Maschinen & Komponenten e.K. is a family business based in Bergkamen that has been supplying machine tool manufacturers, specialist dealers and end users with machine components for over 20 years. The product range includes digital readouts of the ARBAH series for milling, turning and grinding machines as well as linear position measuring systems based on magnetic and optical technology. The encapsulated magnetic scales of the MS-S and MS-M series are a non-contact measuring system with 5 μm resolution and IP68 protection rating, manufactured in Europe with an aluminium housing, stainless steel cover strip and plastic construction. In addition, magnetic scales of the MSX type are supplied from stock in lengths of up to 6,400 mm as a single piece. The company offers an installation service nationwide via service partners, software updates by download, hardware service and repair, as well as free take-back and disposal of old Arbah digital readouts. K+C supplies customers throughout Europe as well as in the USA and Australia.

In the event of malfunctions, an LED on the magnetic scales immediately indicates the fault status (green = signal OK, red = no signal). Measurement protocols with an accuracy of ±10 μm/m are available on request.
