About K.+C. Weiss

K.+C. Weiss GmbH is a family-run business in its third generation, headquartered in Wehingen in the district of Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg. Since 1961 the company has been producing plastic semi-finished products by extrusion: plastic tubes and hollow rods, packaging tubes, plastic profiles and multi-channel tubes as well as plastic rods and round bars – in small and large series. Materials processed include engineering thermoplastics such as rigid PVC, polystyrene, PETG, polycarbonate and cellulose acetate butyrate, as well as resource-conserving alternatives such as chemically recycled PET, rigid PVC with recycled content and biopolymer-based plastic. On request, material properties can be modified, for example for food contact compliance, UV resistance, increased impact strength or antistatic/conductive requirements. Production includes in-house toolmaking, granulate drying, extrusion on modern systems and printing/marking, also PPWR-compliant. Products are used, among others, in the automotive and supply industry, medical technology, the lighting industry, display and trade fair construction, the toy, brush, packaging and electronics industries as well as dental.
