K + F Schwedenhaus Ostholstein GmbH & Co. KG, based in Oldenburg (Holstein), specializes in the planning, sales and construction of single-family and multi-family houses in the Swedish house style. The company sells and erects original Swedish houses from the Swedish brand Eksjöhus, a traditional company that has been producing houses since 1941. Prefabrication takes place at the Eksjö plant in Sweden, where around 60,000 m³ of slow-growing Scandinavian spruce is processed annually; there, every log is measured by laser and the profiles are calculated computer-aided with minimized cutting waste. The assembly of the houses takes place on the plot in Germany. The offering includes individual house planning, barrier-free construction, custom additions such as dormers, verandas and balconies as well as financing advice. In recent years, more than 200 houses have been built together with the sales partner Eksjöhus.
