For almost sixty years, K.J. Steingass GmbH has been manufacturing high-precision plastic parts using the injection moulding process. Thermoplastic plastics are processed with shot weights of 0.8 to 620 g on injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 240 tonnes. The core competence lies in the production of components for the packaging industry and the electrical appliance industry, including closure systems such as screw caps, drum closures, seals, snap-on lids and drum screw caps, as well as handle combinations, paint protection caps and sealing caps. Precision of fit, surface quality, durability and safety are of particular focus. In addition to injection moulding, the company manufactures custom injection moulding tools and develops custom solutions that are to be technically sophisticated and cost-effective. As a member of the KIO plastics network, the company also presents itself in the Oberbergischer Kreis district as a partner in supply chain management. The company's headquarters with production are located in Bergneustadt-Hüngringhausen in North Rhine-Westphalia.
