About K. & M. Holland
K. & M. Holland GmbH develops, produces and sells commercial refrigerated furniture and refrigeration equipment for gastronomy, hotels and events. The portfolio includes refrigerated counters in several series, mobile counters for event catering, keg pre-coolers, wet waste coolers, walk-in coolers and cooling containers, fruit juice dispensers of the FSD type as well as special refrigerated furniture such as wine coolers. In addition, the company offers contract and job-order manufacturing for industrial and OEM customers: manufacturing includes sheet metal working (punching and bending in the thin sheet range 0.5 to 2 mm), thermal-bridge-free high-pressure foaming of insulation components including tool making, tube bending of stainless steel and copper tubes, welding, furniture production in the in-house creative carpentry, electrical and refrigeration engineering, assembly and further processing of small parts and assemblies up to complete refrigeration systems. In the technical office, 3D constructions, drawings and structural calculations are produced with Inventor Professional software. The company was founded in 1978 in Munich; since 1991 the production and sales site has been located in Bogen near Straubing in Lower Bavaria. Business operations were discontinued as of 31.12.2025; the company is in liquidation and spare parts supply is being continued by EF-Dichtungen.

Quality
The mobile counters are tested as ready-to-use drink dispensing systems by the Doemens Institute and given an SK number; thermal-bridge-free sandwich construction and standard hygiene features (removable hollow-chamber plug seals) ensure the required functionality and food safety. Certifications such as ISO 9001 are not documented.
