About KA Executive Management
KA Executive Management is the solo enterprise of Kai Aselmeyer, executive and interim manager for operations and transformation with a focus on industry. It is a consulting and leadership service without its own manufacturing. Based on more than 25 years of industry experience in engineering, production, development, operations and supply chain, executive and interim mandates are undertaken, including plant management, restructuring, site relocation, conflict resolution and moderation. The range of services covers transformation and organizational development, operational excellence (OpEx), lean management, AI-enabled transformation and automation (Lean AI), process optimization in SMEs, change management, executive coaching and reorganization.
