Your Partner for Precision Deep-Drawn Parts
Kaeser Umformtechnik GmbH was founded on 01 January 1990 and manufactures custom precision deep-drawn parts in Wendelstein-Röthenbach near Nuremberg. The part spectrum ranges from thin-walled housings for sensitive sensors to thick-walled, robust components; products include diaphragms, load cells, sensor housings and shielding housings. In deep drawing, sheet metal is formed into hollow bodies without chip removal through tensile-compressive forming – with a maximum drawing depth of 180 mm, material thicknesses of 0.05 to 3 mm and outer radii down to 0.5 mm. Production takes place on hydraulic deep-drawing presses (120–1000 kN) and eccentric presses (30–450 kN) with in-house toolmaking including CAD design and raw material warehouse. The offering is rounded out by finishing such as electropolishing, satin finishing, electroplated surfaces, laser welding and heat treatment. Customers come from the automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, aerospace, defense, metrology and consumer goods industries.
