Kaffeerösterei Burg by Teehandelskontor Sturm GmbH is a traditional coffee roastery in the Eppendorf district of Hamburg. According to its own statements, the roastery has been in existence for over 100 years, making it one of the oldest still operating roasteries in Hamburg. The company roasts coffee and distributes it through its own sales channel. In addition to roasting, the company offers seminars on the subject of coffee and, since 2015, has operated the Coffee Museum in Hamburg's Speicherstadt. The roastery sees coffee as a cultural and gourmet product and informs its customers about the origins and characteristics of the beverage.
