About Kaffeerösterei Küper
Kaffeerösterei Küper is a small, private coffee roastery in Heiden in the Münsterland. The company was founded out of agriculture and realized the dream of having its own roastery. Coffee is roasted by hand, exclusively using the gentle long-term roasting method in a rotating, heat-conducted drum. Depending on origin and variety, an individually determined optimal roasting time and temperature is used. The green coffees come from Latin America, Asia and Africa and are traded fairly and directly, above the world market level, from sustainably and environmentally friendly producing farms. The range includes coffee varieties for all preparation methods including espresso variants as well as organic and Rainforest-certified origins, available as whole beans or ground. Distribution is via the company's own online shop with shipping within 1–2 business days; in addition, the roastery offers a coffee advisor and personal consultation.
