Kaiser Mechatronik GmbH from Lower Bavaria is a technology service provider for technical consulting, development and manufacturing of custom mechatronic products. The service portfolio includes PCB design, embedded hardware, control and automation technology, sensor systems, CAD design, 3D rapid prototyping, injection-molded housings and enclosure technology. In addition, the company offers full-stack software development, from microcontroller firmware to apps for Android, iOS and Windows, as well as Linux-based server backend applications. In its own manufacturing facility, custom PCBs and control units, cable assemblies and device assembly are produced, with prototypes manufactured from a quantity of one in series quality and series products delivered Just-In-Time. The company operates a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and guarantees 100 % traceability of its products.
