Kaiser Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed second-generation company based in Mönchweiler near Triberg in the Black Forest. Founded in 1953, the company operates as a contract turning and milling shop producing precision turned parts and CNC milled parts to drawing and sample, from simple to complex components. The manufacturing range covers short, long, chuck, multi-spindle and fine turning as well as CNC milling on 5-axis machining centers, complemented by grinding processes such as center grinding, internal and external grinding, honing and lapping, wire EDM, laser cutting, electropolishing, gear cutting, drilling and sawing. Materials processed include titanium, aluminium, brass, steel, stainless steel, bronze and special materials; the precision turning shop works from bar stock with diameters from 1 mm to 300 mm, with multi-spindle turning up to Ø 100 mm bar capacity. Through heat treatment and surface coating with certified partners as well as the assembly of customer-specific assemblies, the company delivers ready-to-install parts. Customers come from hydraulics, pneumatics, sensor technology, drive technology, the automotive industry and the aerospace industry; capacity extends up to 10 million pieces per year.
