Kaiser Ventilatorenbau – fan manufacturer from Kirchhundem
Kaiser Ventilatorenbau GmbH & Co. KG is a fan manufacturer based in Kirchhundem in the district of Olpe (Sauerland). The company develops and manufactures axial fans, radial and centrifugal fans, stainless steel and offshore fans, control and regulation devices, as well as systems for machine cooling and refrigeration technology, with direct sales. The core competence lies in small quantities of 1 to 500 units per lot, including single pieces, special designs and special voltages (among others 60 Hz, mostly ex stock) for non-European markets such as USA/Canada, South America, Asia and Africa. Stainless steel fans are used in the beverage industry and in the offshore sector, where salty sea air prevails. Design is carried out in 3D CAD; CAD data is provided as STEP models. Tests for temperature, IP protection ratings and salt water are carried out in cooperation with a testing laboratory as well as on the company's own duct and laboratory test rig.

Quality and testing
Quality assurance includes an in-house duct and laboratory test rig as well as, since 2010, cooperation with a renowned testing laboratory for temperature, IP protection rating and salt water tests. An in-house standards system (since 2012) implements and verifies compliance with relevant DIN standards; the ErP/EU Ecodesign Regulation 2024/1834 is complied with as a manufacturer within the meaning of the regulation.
