KAJO GmbH develops and produces high-performance lubricants, lubricating oils, lubricating greases, bio-lubricants, food-grade lubricants and release agents for industrial applications worldwide. Production is carried out according to the company's own formulations or to customer specifications; the range of services includes development of proprietary formulations, consulting and application technology, analytics, filling and distribution. The products are used in industry, construction and mining, agriculture and forestry, rail, shipping and the food industry. Through its subsidiary KAJOTEC, the company develops release and sliding agents for the wood-based materials industry (HDF/MDF, chipboard, laminated timber, plywood) and the automotive industry (PUR foam, phenolic resin-bonded components, PVC slush). A particular focus is on readily biodegradable products bearing the Blue Angel and EU Ecolabel. Founded in 1976, the owner-managed company is now in its second generation, employs more than 130 staff on more than 57,500 m² of production space in Anröchte and maintains subsidiaries in Austria, France, South Africa, New Zealand and the USA.
