Kalcher Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1971 and has been a GmbH since 1992. Headquartered in Chieming in Bavaria, the company has been active in machinery, apparatus and steel construction for over five decades. Its focus is on special-purpose machinery and one-off production: from project planning and CAD/CAM design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, TopSolid) via machining, parts manufacturing, welding and painting through to assembly, electrical installation and on-site commissioning – prototype construction and functional simulation are also part of the service portfolio. A special feature is the bakery machinery division, in which Kalcher offers new and fully overhauled machines such as universal batch mixers, dough dividing and moulding machines, proving cabinets, doughnut machines as well as long and round moulding machines; together with its service partner MSP, the company also supports its customers through an online spare parts shop. On 3,750 m² of production and storage space in Chieming, the company manufactures components and systems with large dimensions, including shafts up to Ø 520 x 3,000 mm (turning) and milled contour components up to 4,000 x 1,000 x 1,500 mm. Kalcher supplies customers in Germany, Europe and worldwide.
