About Kale Clamp
Kale Bağlantı Teknolojileri (Kale Clamp) is a Turkish manufacturer of hose clamps and connecting elements based in the İstanbul Anadolu Yakası OSB (AYOSB) industrial park in Tuzla, İstanbul. From its original production of hose clamps for various manufacturing industries, the family-owned company has evolved over more than 25 years into a global development partner for joining technologies in the automotive industry. The product portfolio includes worm gear clamps (WD9/WD12 incl. spring system and pre-positioning variants), Press Rings, swivel bolt clamps (HD), Constant-Torque high-performance clamps (ST), V-Band clamps, bracket clamps, ear clamps and endless band clamps. Production is predominantly from zinc-plated carbon steel as well as stainless steels 1.4301 and 1.4310; more than 75 % of products are manufactured in high-tech automation, whose production lines are designed and commissioned by the company's own engineers. Applications include intake, cooling, fuel and exhaust systems, steering, and cable and wiring fixation, plus agriculture, marine and household appliances. In 2023 the company moved into a new plant with a Smart Manufacturing and IoT orientation; logistics run via an SAP system.
