Kalıpyansan is a Turkish manufacturer of standard and special moulded part elements for tools and has been producing high-quality calibration elements since 1981. At its production site in Çayırova in the province of Kocaeli, the company manufactures a broad product range, including steel tool springs in various load classes from extra light to ultra heavy, counterbored hole punch pins, stepped punches with radius and cylindrical heads, as well as ejector pins and guide elements. The springs are offered in load classes with colour coding (silver, green, blue, red, yellow, brown). The products are aimed at toolmaking, stamping technology and sheet metal working. The company regularly presents its range at international trade fairs such as WIRE, EuroBLECH and MAKTEK Konya.
