Kalo-Bau GmbH (KALOBAU) is a construction company and property developer from Löningen in the district of Cloppenburg. Since 1969, the company has planned and built residential houses in solid construction (brick on brick) at a binding fixed price. Its range of services includes architectural planning, building permit applications, structural and energy demand calculations, sound insulation, fire protection and escape route planning, construction management, as well as construction execution and project management. The company offers turnkey single-family homes based on standard house types with individual customizations, residential and commercial buildings in individual architecture, semi-detached houses, commercial buildings, renovations of existing buildings, as well as shell construction and partial fit-out services. Since its founding, around 5,000 residential units have been completed, predominantly within a radius of approximately 100 km around Löningen – in the districts of Cloppenburg, Vechta, Osnabrück, Emsland, Oldenburg, Diepholz, Ammerland, Minden-Lübbecke and in the district of Steinfurt.
