About the Engineering Office

Kannemacher ▪ Dr. Sturm + Partner mbB is a nationally operating engineering consultancy for civil engineering with over 50 years of tradition in Frankfurt am Main. The team develops structural concepts, static calculations and building physics verification as well as formwork and reinforcement drawings for detailed design. Services include structural design according to HOAI (service phases 1–6), thermal and acoustic building physics (phases 1–5), structural dynamics, structural fire protection, refurbishment of existing buildings and structural optimisation. Buildings are designed in reinforced concrete (solid construction), structural steelwork and timber construction, including office and commercial buildings, hotels, high-rise buildings, residential buildings, halls, industrial buildings and bridge structures. The office works in partnership with clients, architects and specialist planners and provides consulting support from the early design phases onwards. Over 50 years of project work with more than 650 projects across a wide variety of construction methods and tasks document the office's experience.
