About kariott

The kariott manufactory is a sole proprietorship led by Sandra Loy, based in Remagen on the Rhine. The company produces handcrafted salt products, including the Eau de Sel spray salt, a spray salt dispenser that evenly coats dishes and does without coarse salt grains. The product range includes five different extracts, the Creme de Citron for cooking, marinating and refining, as well as the exclusive Dór Selection with 23-carat gold leaf. All products are made without artificial preservatives, flavour enhancers, colourants or anti-caking agents and are packaged in an environmentally friendly glass jar. The customers are the gastronomy sector and private customers from the barbecuing and fine dining segments. The Creme de Citron has been produced since 2019; in the same year the company took part in the Anuga and was featured on the Kabel 1 show Abenteuer Leben. For its product design, kariott received the Red Dot Design Award and was nominated for the German Design Award.
