About Bruckner
Karl Bruckner GmbH is a medium-sized family business in its fourth generation, based in Weinstadt-Großheppach near Stuttgart. The company specializes in the development and manufacture of fixed and rotating lathe centers, rotating high-performance center points, face drivers (face plates), tailstock quills, taper sleeves and turning grippers. Production takes place in air-conditioned production halls in its own turning operation; materials used are alloyed tool steel, carbide (tungsten carbide) and, for custom designs, polycrystalline diamond (PCD). In addition, the company offers CARBIDOR drive-tip coating based on tungsten carbide as well as regrinding and re-coating services. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive, medical, aerospace, energy and environmental technology. Sales are handled worldwide through its own sales organizations and partner companies, including an own sales office in Mexico.
