Karl Druschke Dichtungsfertigung OHG is an owner-managed family business in Gelnhausen-Meerholz that has been manufacturing seals for industry and vacuum technology at this site since 1994. The company was founded on the acquisition of the sealing technology of Leybold Heraeus GmbH. The product range comprises standard O-rings to ISO 3601 in approx. 50,000 dimensions (inner diameters 0.74–1,400 mm, cord cross-sections 0.6–30 mm), XLARGE O-rings up to Ø 30 mm cord cross-section, lip seals and trapezoidal seals for vacuum applications as well as KF-ISO-NW centring rings in stainless steel and aluminium. Flat gaskets are produced to sample or drawing using punching and plotter cutting up to 600 × 1,000 mm. Using a special vulcanisation process, continuous material is processed into R-rings, trapezoidal rings and lip seals with inner diameters up to 3,000 mm. Up to 15 base elastomers are used, including FKM, NBR, EPDM, MVQ and FFKM. Seals are thermally post-treated (tempering) to improve compression set. An O-ring express service with 50 geometries held in stock, overnight and worldwide deliveries, OEM service and works certificates to EN 10204 round out the offering.
