About us
Karl Durach CNC Zerspannung in Isny im Allgäu is a contract manufacturer for chip-removing production. The owner-managed company produces precision parts such as prototypes, series parts as well as clamping and measuring fixtures in lot sizes from single pieces to medium series. The range of services includes CNC milling on modern 3- and 5-axis machining centers, partly automated, as well as CNC turning with driven tools. The offering is complemented by wire EDM, surface grinding and trowalizing. A variety of materials are machined, including aluminium, stainless steel, structural steels, tool steels, brass, bronze and plastics. In cooperation with partners, downstream processes such as hardening, coating and the assembly of assemblies are also carried out.
