Karl Heitz Industrievertretungen GmbH, founded in 1985, is a supplier and service provider in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics based in Bielefeld, in the economically strong region of East Westphalia. The family-owned company with more than ten employees distributes hydraulic fittings, hose and tube clamps, fastening elements, quick couplings, pipe connections, hydraulic hoses, pressure sensors, pressure gauges as well as central lubrication systems from leading manufacturers such as VOSS, NORMA Group, TECALAN, STAUFF, Semperit, Benteler and Oetiker. In its own production facility, hydraulic hose lines are assembled with CNC support and fittings are crimped onto the hose; on a Uniflex P200 test bench, non-destructive operating pressure tests up to 1300 bar are performed with test report and test certificate. Further services include the design and pre-assembly of central lubrication systems, sample analysis, supplier audits, master data exchange and stockpiling of around 3,000 items from access to more than 100,000 items in total, with delivery within 24 hours from stock. Customers include, among others, general mechanical engineering, the packaging, printing/paper, food, agricultural, automation, medical, textile and process engineering industries as well as shipbuilding and utility and waste disposal engineering.

Quality
Quality inspection includes an extended incoming goods inspection with 2D measuring machine, universal testing machine, Shore hardness tester, run-out testing and microscopic examination as well as measurements accompanying production. Hose lines are tested non-destructively up to 1300 bar on the Uniflex P200 test bench, with complete documentation, test report and test certificate.
