About Jungbecker
Karl Jungbecker GmbH & Co. KG is a supplier of electromechanical elements and precision-manufactured plastic components based in Olpe. The company began in 1945 with the production of tube sockets made from compression-moulded bakelite and today manufactures microstructured special optics for louvers, automotive and aerospace. The production range includes hot embossing up to a component length of 3000 mm, injection moulding including a process for thick-walled optics, large-format optical sheets, and hybrid elements made of stamped frames that are moulded into plastic. Using exPress Technology, extrusion profiles with highly precise hot-embossed microstructures are manufactured. In addition, the company offers photometric specification, optical simulation, proof of concept, prototyping and series production from a single source. Customers come from the electronics and automotive industries as well as lighting technology.
