Karl Klink Räumtechnik GmbH is a German machine manufacturer and supplier of stamping and forming presses under the RASTER® Technology brand. The eccentric presses offered as standard cover press forces from 400 kN to 4,000 kN; higher press forces can also be realized on request for special requirements. The RST series achieves high stroke rates through full mass balancing, while the RSU series features a planetary gear drive for long forming strokes; available drive concepts include a conventional flywheel drive and a ServoMotion direct drive with planetary gear. The machines are characterized by an anti-friction-bearing longitudinal shaft drive and a robust three-part cast frame. Typical applications include radiator fins, rotor/stator laminations, deep-drawn parts, washers, chain link plates and ball cages. In addition, the company offers tool handling solutions under the Premat brand, such as tool and workpiece changeover systems, feeding units and hydraulic power units, as well as service including UVV inspections in accordance with § 14 BetrSichV.
