Founded in 1896 in Karlsruhe, the company moved to Ettlingen in 1974 and became part of the FREUND corporate group in 2018. In the fourth quarter of 2020, production, procurement, logistics and order processing were relocated to the headquarters of FREUND Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG in Paderborn; order processing has since been handled by FREUND Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG.
