Founded by Karl Sonderhof I. on 14 June on Wagramer Straße in Vienna; shortly afterwards already 20 employees.
- 1923
Relocation to Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 18 following the growth of the business.

Expansion under Karl Sonderhof II. to around 35 employees.
- 1977
Takeover by Karl Sonderhof III. and Irmgard Stolicka, who led the company for four decades.
