About Strohmaier Beton
Founded in 1964, Karl Strohmaier GmbH is a family-owned company based in Neuenburg-Grißheim (Baden-Württemberg), specialised in the processing of gravel, sand and crushed stone as well as the production of ready-mixed concrete, concrete products and dry construction materials. The company operates gravel plants, concrete plants and concrete block plants in southern Baden and in the adjacent Alsace region. Ready-mixed concrete is delivered to DIN EN 206-1 / DIN 1045-2 up to strength classes C50/60 or LC55/60 and beyond, supplemented by hydraulically bound base courses (HGT), cement-containing ready-mixed site mortars and cement flowing screeds. At the concrete block plant, paving stones, block steps, slabs, grass pavers and permeable systems such as Smart Drain Premium, Santana Drain and Rhodos Drain are produced in all exposure classes. With RECYTON®, Strohmaier offers a recycled concrete with a recipe tailored to the specific project, in which recycled aggregates, clinker-reduced cements and optionally CO₂-mineralised recyclates can be used. An in-house laboratory (quality assurance department) and a vehicle fleet for on-time deliveries complete the value chain. Customers come from building construction, civil engineering, road construction as well as landscaping and garden construction.
