The Kartonagenfabrik Andreas Gemein produces packaging and cardboard boxes made from solid board and corrugated board for storage, shipping and archiving. The range extends from lid-and-base boxes in numerous designs (scored, riveted, with overlap lid, hand-grip die-cut or finger hole), through die-cut products such as blanks, gaskets, templates and plug-in packaging, to cut-to-size pieces, intermediate layers, system boxes, edge protection strips and shelf boxes. Flexible manufacturing enables custom products from the smallest quantities without tooling costs up to large series, also as combination packaging made from different materials. In addition, a stock program with standard corrugated folding cartons, corrugated board rolls, adhesive tapes, filling material and bubble wrap is offered. Typical applications are dental model boxes with PE coating as a moisture barrier, learning boxes for school supplies, and packaging for retail, business equipment and artist supplies.
