About Karus Werbezentrum
Karus Werbezentrum (Karus Media) is an owner-managed manufacturing business in Schwäbisch Gmünd that has been producing sign technology, custom fabrications and digital media for over 20 years. Its portfolio includes signs, faceplates, nameplates, wayfinding systems, banners, displays as well as milled parts made of aluminium, plastic, wood and metal for industrial customers. Processes include high-speed CNC milling (format up to 3 x 2 m), CO2 laser cutting and engraving, MOPA fiber laser marking of metals, UV flatbed printing on glass and other materials, screen, pad and sublimation printing, film lamination/application, laminating, edge polishing of acrylic glass and 3D printing with around 30 printers up to 120 x 80 cm. Another pillar is media production: CD, DVD and BluRay copies (up to 2,000 CDs or 1,000 DVDs per hour) as well as pressings from 500 units with glass master, with a capacity of up to 50,000 media per day and over 2,500 orders per year. Customers include advertising agencies, design studios, industry, audio and photo studios as well as private customers; regional delivery is carried out with the company's own vehicle.
