About us

Kasaero GmbH is a Stuttgart-based engineering office for aircraft development and fiber composite structures. The company combines theoretical expertise with many years of practical experience in the development of high-performance aircraft and aircraft parts. The range of services includes concept studies, design, prototype construction, series production, verification testing and aviation certification according to EASA, FAA, DULV and CAAC – offered as a one-stop shop covering design, manufacturing and certification from a single source. More than 30 certified projects have been supported, including the first flight of the electric aircraft Eviation Alice and the development of the Junkers A50 Junior as an LSA. A network of over 50 specialists is available on demand depending on the project. In 2023, the Sustainable Aviation Award was won for the HYFLY H167 electric propulsion system.
