About Kasimay Schallschutz
Kasimay Schallschutz is a Dortmund-based manufacturer of custom noise control components for industry. The company manufactures acoustic enclosures, acoustic cabins, sound barriers, baffle silencers as well as acoustic and fire protection doors and gates – mostly as made-to-measure production based on customer drawings. Manufacturing includes sheet metal working with cutting, folding and roll bending, punching, drilling, milling, beading, riveting and various welding processes including pulse welding for galvanized sheet; in addition wet coating and painting. Materials processed include steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium with element lengths up to 8 m and individual part weights up to 3 t; rock wool is used as the insulation core. Customers come from the metal, wood, glass, building materials and recycling industries as well as general plant and mechanical engineering. Projects are accompanied from design through manufacturing to installation and final acceptance; a project in Norway is documented.
