Kaulich & Hofmann is an independent engineering consultancy based in Lappersdorf in the district of Regensburg, founded on 01 February 1993 by Manuela Kaulich, graduate architect (TU), and Andreas Hofmann, graduate engineer (FH) in electrical engineering, as a partnership under the German Civil Code (GbR). The office operates throughout Europe and covers all HOAI service phases in the field of electrical building services. Its services include high-voltage/power distribution planning, the planning of telecommunications and IT systems, lift installations and safety systems including fire alarm systems and voice alarm systems according to DIN 14675. The team develops solutions and studies, plans through to construction-ready maturity, supervises construction execution up to handover and supports clients during the warranty period. Projects include industrial and logistics buildings as well as residential, office and public buildings; references include, among others, a PV system in the AUDI hall GVZ, projects for Emuge and Samson Offenbach.
