Kautschuk- und Kunststoffteile GmbH (KKT GmbH) in Siegen has been a manufacturer of insulation and sealing products made from sponge rubber, foam rubber, cellular polyethylene, silicone foam and foam materials since 1989. The product portfolio includes sheets, strips, cut pieces, die-cut parts and profiles as well as products finished with single-sided adhesive coating, plus permanently elastic sealing tapes, cellular Vulkollan, insulation board, hard rubber and ceramic fibre tape. Production is carried out to customer specifications, from one-off custom pieces to small and large series, in compliance with dimensional tolerances according to DIN 7715 Part 5 or DIN ISO 3302-1 Class E3. Supplying parts ready for on-site assembly and technical component testing complete the range of services. The company supplies its products to repeatedly award-winning industries — including air conditioning technology, ventilation, switchgear cabinet construction, construction, solar technology, wind power, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and the automotive industry — and, thanks to the machined peel-off of release and sealing tapes, also acts as a direct supplier to large corporations.
