About KB-CNC Technik
KB-CNC Technik is a family-run company based in Rahden (North Rhine-Westphalia) and has been manufacturing CNC-machined precision parts as prototypes, single parts and small series from technical drawings and 3D data since 2005. The value chain includes CNC turning and CNC milling on a machine fleet of 17 machines, including eleven 5-axis machining centres from Hermle, three 3-axis machines from Haas as well as CNC lathes from DN Solutions and Haas. Programming is carried out using the CAM software HyperMill and TopSolid; customer CAD models and drawings are checked for manufacturability and optimised for cost. The production serves, among others, the automotive, special-purpose vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, medical technology and furniture industries. With around 25 employees, short decision-making paths and enquiry response within 1–2 days, the company positions itself as a flexible manufacturing partner for technically demanding components.
