KB Rollertech GmbH (KBRT), based in Bergheim, is a joint venture of the Böttcher Group (Germany) and the Kinyosha Group (Japan), both companies with a long tradition in polymer and silicone solutions. KBRT develops and manufactures custom precision products, including special products made of polyimide (PI), silicone applications, compounds as well as seamless belts, Image Transfer Belts and Side Seam Steel Belts made of steel. Its core market is the nonwovens industry; beyond that, the company serves high-tech applications as well as the polymer and silicone industries. As a strategic partner, KBRT offers co-development and custom engineered solutions. Worldwide support is ensured through locations in the USA, Europe and Asia; the 100% subsidiary KB America represents KBRT in North and South America with a sales office and warehousing. Quality assurance is carried out ISO-certified with an in-house testing laboratory.

As an ISO-certified company, KBRT has an in-house testing laboratory with testing of thermal and electrical conductivity, adhesion quality, heat ageing, tensile-elongation, surface roughness, layer thickness as well as laser measurement.
