About KBK Antriebstechnik
KBK Antriebstechnik GmbH, based in Klingenberg am Main (Röllfeld), has been developing and manufacturing couplings, clamping elements and attachable measuring gearboxes entirely in-house since 2003. The product range includes metal bellows couplings, slotted couplings, elastomer couplings, spacer couplings, universal joint couplings, cross-sliding couplings, shell couplings, safety couplings, magnetic couplings and torque-limiting couplings, as well as clamping sets, shrink discs, clamping rings and backlash-free attachable measuring gearboxes. Based on a modular system, standard components are realized with customer-specific bores (centring H7); express manufacturing with customer-specific bores is possible within two hours, and spacer couplings are manufactured to the millimetre in lengths up to 3000 mm. Materials processed include steel, free-cutting and heat-treatable steels, stainless steel (1.4301/1.4401), aluminium (AW 2011, AW 7075), cast iron grades (GJL, GJS) and elastomers for gear rims; optionally electroless nickel-plated or entirely in stainless steel. Typical industries include mechanical engineering, servo drives and automation, packaging and filling technology, food and pharmaceutical industries, linear technology, machine tools and explosion-protected ATEX applications. More than 65 employees produce and distribute worldwide via sales partners.

Quality and Certification
All products undergo strict 100 % quality control with permanent in-house testing; safety couplings are set and tested at the factory to the customer-specific disengagement torque. The quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and is evidenced by annual audits.
