KBS Kunststoff-Beschichtungs-Service GmbH is a contract coater specializing in flat components, based in the Sinsheim Industrial Park. The company coats flat aluminium panels, bent facade elements, perforated screens and expanded metal gratings with material-specific pre-treatment and fully automated processes. The service portfolio includes alkaline pre-treatment and degreasing, passivation, powder coating in RAL and Pantone colors, the duplex process for steel, and optional film lamination. The entire process is digitally controlled via QR codes on the racks and concluded with quality control according to customer specifications. In addition to contract coating, KBS offers coated sheets and gratings in standard formats through its own shop, shipped no later than the following day after ordering. Standard orders are completed within three working days, and 24h express coating is available on request. With around 1,000 powder qualities in stock, automated processes and short setup times, KBS serves industry, architecture and facade construction. Since 2024, the company has been part of EBG Metall.
