KCT Kunststofftechnik is a contract manufacturer of plastic parts based in Schüttorf. The company machines semi-finished products such as sheets and round bars made of PE, polyamides, PETP, POM, high-performance plastics, rubber, hard fabric and hard paper through cut-to-size, sawing, CNC turning and CNC milling, including 5-axis CNC machining of complex shapes. In addition to individual parts, KCT manufactures complete assemblies and supplies plastic semi-finished products to customer specifications, with worldwide sourcing if required according to criteria such as tensile strength, melting temperature or dielectric constant. Customers come from the food industry, mechanical and apparatus engineering, and the paints and coatings industry. Production covers small batches up to large series; delivery is carried out with the company's own vehicles. A warehouse built in 2017 keeps commonly used sheets and round bars directly available.
