Two brands. One goal.

KD Agrartechnik GmbH, based in Bad Nenndorf, develops and manufactures soil tillage machines for agriculture. The company combines the two brands KNOCHE (since 1790) and DUTZI (since 1904), thereby offering active and passive soil tillage – from the DUTZI-powered Rototiller KR to the trailed or pushed machines from KNOCHE. The product range extends from 1.25-meter-wide machines for viticulture and fruit growing to the 12.2-meter-wide field roller and includes disc harrows, cultivators, field and grassland rollers, seedbed combinations, harrows, subsoilers and flail rotors. 40 employees ensure a high level of vertical integration: from steel cutting through welding, turning and painting to final assembly, the machines are produced in five halls on 5,000 sqm of production space. Production is mainly in steel and fine-grain steel; carbide inserts are used for tools. Sales are handled through a partner network in several European countries as well as Japan, complemented by machine demonstrations in the field and a spare parts distribution business.
